In a bowl sieve your flour, add oil and salt then mix

Gradually add water to foam a dough and allow to rest for 10mnt, divide the dough into 5 pieces

Flatten each dough with a rolling pin. Take the first flatten dough, place it on plat surface and Sprinkle corn flour on it

Take another dough and repeat the process till you place all the dough on each other

Roll the heap of dough then cut the roll into pieces, take each piece and flatten it a bit with a rolling pin till you flatten all the pieces. Fry in hot oil

To make sugar syrup

Pour 1cup of sugar and 1cup of water in a pot, add Cardamon pods and a squeeze of lemon juice, allow it to boil to foam syrup, allow it to cool. Then finally dip your fry dublan into sugar syrup and Sprinkles sesame seeds on it.
