Peel, wash, grate beetroot. Boil & mashed potato. Chopped chilli, onion garlic & beans fine.

Take a nonstriks pan add oil, Roast dry fruits in oil &keep aside. Now add garlic, onion & chilli in oil roast for 2 min. Now add grated beetroot & beans.

Now add salt,jeera powder, garam masala & chaat masala. When beetroot's water dissolved add potato.
Mix it proper on flame for 2 min. - 4
Transfer it into a bowl for cool.
Now add roasted dry fruits & mix proper with fingers. Make round shape tikki & keep it in freeze for 20 minutes. - 5
After 20 min, take a pan add oil heat it. Take cornflour make thick liquid, dip cutlets into it, roll in crumbs & fry it till golden brown.

On low flame cooked it both sides. Put it out on paper till extra oil remove. Yummy tasty snack is ready for serve.

A healthy beautiful & easy snack prepare. Serve it with chilli sauce or ketchup.
