Ingredients

  • 500 geggplant 🍆
  • 20 ggarlic
  • 20 gginger
  • 150 gonion
  • 30 goil
  • 1 tspmustard seed
  • 2 tspcumin seed
  • 1/4 tspajwain seed
  • 1/2 tspfenugreek powder
  • 200 gcanned tomatoes
  • 200 mlwater
  • 1 tspokinawan black sugar (or jaggery)
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspchilli powder
  • 2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Deep fry eggplant 🍆

  2. 2

    In a pot, heat oil, add mustard seed, cumin seed, adwain seed, fenugreek seed.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, ginger, onion. Heat thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Add water, canned tomatoes, sugar, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Then, blend well until smooth with blender or a mixer.

  5. 5

    Add deep fried eggplant 🍆

  6. 6

    Enjoy.
