Ingredients

  1. 100 ggreen lentils
  2. 200 gturnip
  3. 200 gpumpkin
  4. 30 goil
  5. Green chilli pepper
  6. 1 sprigfresh curry leaves
  7. 1 tspmustard seed
  8. 400 mlCoconut Milk
  9. 200 mlwater
  10. 2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Simmer green lentils & steam pumpkin and turnip

  2. 2

    In a pot, put oil and mustard seed. When it finishes popping, add green chilli pepper and curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add coconut milk, water, green lentils, pumpkin, turnip, salt.
