100 ggreen lentils
200 gturnip
200 gpumpkin
30 goil
Green chilli pepper
1 sprigfresh curry leaves
1 tspmustard seed
400 mlCoconut Milk
200 mlwater
2 tspsalt

Steps

Simmer green lentils & steam pumpkin and turnip

In a pot, put oil and mustard seed. When it finishes popping, add green chilli pepper and curry leaves.

Add coconut milk, water, green lentils, pumpkin, turnip, salt.
