Cajun Chicken and Farfalle Alfredo Pasta

Combine the spices, lemon juice, honey and oil to form the marinade

Coat the chicken parts in the marinade and allow to rest for at least two hours

Fry chicken on a pan in light oil. Flipping the chicken over to make sure it doesn't burn

Cook pasta in boiling water as recommend on package and strain

Melt butter on a medium heat pan and saute chopped garlic

Add flour and whisk. Cook the flour until the raw smell of the flour dissipates

Add Milk and Cheese and continue whisking until the sauce comes to simmer and thickens. Season to taste

Add your cooked pasta and coat thoroughly with the sauce.

Serve with chicken and garnish with fresh parsley for the gram 😉
