Delicious Breakfast Rolls

I made these so that I would have something for breakfast.
Rather than roll out the dough thinly, if you leave it slightly thick, it makes a cute shape when baked.
You can just let the bread machine make sandwich bread and it will be delicious too. Recipe by Yun

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all of the ingredients into your bread machine, set it to the dough course and set it on!
- 2
Coat a counter top with flour and transfer the dough to it. With the palm of your hand, gently roll the dough out and release the gas.
- 3
Divide the dough into 13 portions. Form the dough into balls and have the seam facing downward. Cover the dough with a tightly wrung out damp towel and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- 4
Once the dough is done resting, roll out the dough with a rolling pin into an oval shape.
- 5
Roll it into a slightly round shape and form it into a teardrop shape.
- 6
Roll out the dough making the top a bit wider and long and tapered to the end.
- 7
Roll up the dough towards the widest part.
- 8
Arrange the dough on parchment paper and spray some water on it. Let the dough rise a second time in your oven for 40 minutes at 35°C (95℉).
- 9
Once the dough expands 1.5 - 2 times larger, it's ready.
- 10
In order to make it glossy, coat the top with a beaten egg and then bake it in a preheated oven for 14 minutes at 180°C (350℉).
- 11

Freshly Baked Savory Stuffed Rolls in the Morning Freshly Baked Savory Stuffed Rolls in the Morning
I wondered if I could keep the dough in the refrigerator overnight to make freshly baked bread in the morning without having to knead the dough from scratch in the morning too. Dough I made Thursday morning still baked up beautifully on Saturday morning. The dough I used is a recipe I saw in a cooking magazine a long time ago and is not so sweet. It's not sticky, and has lots of yeast in it, so it rises readily and is easy to handle even for beginners. At the moment I can guarantee that this dough can be made 2 days in advance and kept in the refrigerator.Leave it up to the bread machine to make the dough. ♪ Even if you hand knead it, it will be nice and smooth after 5 to 10 minutes of kneading. You must preheat the oven properly! If the oven is not hot enough the dough may not rise, so please preheat it well enough in advance. This is a fluffy light dough that can be used for savory or sweet stuffed rolls. When refrigerating the dough, I found out that if you form the rolls and use the "partial freezing" function (if your refrigerator has one), the dough doesn't get frozen hard or overproof, and the rolls turn out just right! Please try it out for yourself. Recipe by Pokuchan cookpad.japan -

Simple Dinner Rolls Simple Dinner Rolls
I wanted to make bread but didn't know how to make it. This bread can be made easily in the bread maker and you can eat as an accompaniment to dinner. I used this recipe when I was just starting out baking bread in my own way.If using this amount of ingredients, be sure to remove from the bread maker after the first rising has been completed, and use an oven to bake the bread. The amount of ingredients listed is too much to leave in the bread maker, so it won't work.I use this combination of ingredients as a base. You can use it to make a square loaf in a pan (shokupan or Pullman bread), or add dried fruits & nuts etc. for different variations. Recipe by Mahha mama cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Rolls Chocolate Rolls
If you have a sugar-resistant yeast, use that.Since the dough has quite a lot of sugar and cocoa powder, it's quite sticky. It also takes some time to rise, but please wait patiently. I wanted to make a chocolate flavored dough rather than a cocoa dough, but to get a rich chocolate taste you may have to add a ton of chocolate. While it's not quite rich, I think it's delicious in a different way from the usual cocoa dough.I have a list of bread-making directions on my recipe for "Simple Square Loaf". Please adjust the amount of liquid added and the temperature depending on the type of flour you use as well as the season and the weather.I used a conventional oven. Please adjust the baking time and temperature according to your oven.If you are using unsalted butter, just use the same amount of salt as in this recipe or increase it by about .1%.
