20 to 30 mins
2 bowls
  • 1/2 cupdaliya
  • 1-2 cupmilk
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tbspdesi ghee
  • 2 cupswater

Steps

20 to 30 mins
  1. 1

    Put desi ghee in cooker pan and roast daliya by stirring continuously

  2. 2

    Put water and give 2-3 whistles

  3. 3

    Put milk and sugar and stir continuously on low flame

  4. 4

    Healthy daliya is ready to be served. It can be garnished with dry fruits
