Alu bukhary ki chutney

Soak plums in a cup of water for overnight.In a pan add sugar and water n cook till sugar dissolves.I used same water in which plums were soaked.

Now add salt,red crushed chilies,cardamom seeds,soaked plums n let it cook.

After 5 to 7 minutes add pistachios,almonds without skin n halved, vinegar,crushed cumin seeds and melon seeds and bring to boil for required consistency.

Take in a dish and garnish with silver paper n serve.
