Ingredients

  1. 10sliced bacon chopped
  2. 1medium onion chopped
  3. 2 cupssliced celery
  4. 1 loafgluten free bread torn into small pieces
  5. 4eggs
  6. Sage to taste
  7. Chicken Broth

Cooking Instructions

    Put bacon, onion, and celery in pan and cook till done. Bacon will not be crisp.

    In a bowl mix bread, eggs, and sage. Pour bacon mixture in and mix well with hands.

    Add chicken broth until mix becomes gooey.

  4. 4

    You can either use as a stuffing for turkey or you can bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for an hour.
