Found in the book Easy Microwave Cooking for Kids by Sherry Paprocki. Saving this in case I lose the book again!
Steps

Put 1/2 cup rice and 4 cups milk into a 3-qt microwavable casserole dish and cover.

Microwave on high for 10 min. Stir. Reduce to medium-high for 8 more minutes. Remove from microwave.

Add 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 cup raisins. Mix together well and cover.

Microwave on medium for 12 minutes.

You may try making this with pre-cooked rice and baking in oven, BUT I tried it, and it doesn't taste as good! Just try this. Sometimes I made it with too much milk, so try whole milk to cut down the wateriness...or add a bit more rice. This is my favorite recipe for rice pudding, HANDS DOWN...and I eat it for breakfast lol
