1 tspturmeric powder

1 tspred chilli powder
as required Oil for deep fry

At first Wash fish. Now marinate, add fish in a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and mix well. Now rest for 20 mint. After 20 mint in a pan heat oil and deep fry all marinated fishes till golden brown colours

. Now put in tissue paper to absorbed extra oil. Keep it Ready to plating add fried fishes, sprinkling some salt and ready to serve.
