Prep you cake batter and add in your tin. Put water in a large sufuria quarter way and let it boil, reduce heat place your baking tin with batter. Cover with a lid lined with a towel to trap moisture. Take a bigger lid for the bigger sufuria wrap with cloth and cover too.

Let it cook on low hot heat for 50 minutes or until a knife or toothpick comes out clean

The cake came out a bit moist. Left it over night.
