Steps
- 1
Put Glutinous rice flour, sugar and water in a bowl and mix well.
- 2
Cook in the microwave for about 2 minutes, remove and mix well.
- 3
Cook for another one and a half minutes and mix well. It's okay if it's translucent. If there is a thick white part, cook it for 15 seconds each.
- 4
Take 3 out on cornstarch and divide it into 8 equal parts. It was about 30g or less per piece.
- 5
Divide the bean paste into 25g pieces and wrap in 4.
- 6
Cut the top with scissors with the closed part facing down, and put the strawberries in the cut part. Make it round by hand
- 7
If you can buy Daifuku at a nearby store, buy it, cut it with scissors, and add your favorite fruit.
- 8
Originally, strawberries were also rolled into Daifuku, but I changed it to the method of cutting and fitting in the recent fashion. The skin of Daifuku becomes hard as soon as the sugar is reduced, so it is better not to reduce it.
