Stuffed Palak Paratha

Steps

First blanch the Palak and make a puree. Now make a well in the Center of the wheat flour added with salt followed by adding warm water to make a soft dough. Rest the dough for ten mins.

Now add oil in a pan. Next step is to add Hing, turmeric powder and sauté for two seconds. Now add all the veggies followed by ginger garlic paste,salt and chilli powder. Cook till veggies turn soft.Cool and add grated panner. Tip grease grater with oil so that panner does not stick.

Mix veggies and panner well. Roll out a ball to a roti add the stuffing, bring the sides to the Centre seal well and roll out as parathas and cook on a hot griddle with ghee or oil. Serve hot with yellow dal or pickles of choice.
