First prepare your rice, and dal cook in a pressure cooker then, put off the gas.

Take a kadai for moog dal pour refined oil fry onion, capsicum, tomato, and after sometime pour your green chilli, jeera gota then, add haldi few drops and then, add your curry masala then mix nicely, then, open your cooker mixed your boiled moog dal, then, add your salt, and decorate with coriander leaves. Your dal is ready.

Then cut your, mixed vegetables keep it ready. Then take a kadai pour some oil then transfer your jeera cut green chilli, fry your onion, capsicum, tomato let them cook for some time then add your boiled mixed vegetables and mixed with the onion tomato then
Garam masala, salt, let them fry into golden brown, please add some corn flour so that some crispy vegetable will be ready. Decorate with coriander leaves.. - 5
Cut, all the vegetables add salt, lemon, black pepper powder, mixed and tap it nicely then decorate with coriander leaves.

Pumpkin subji:Boil cut pumpkin with a milk and water adding little bit of haldi, sugar, salt, jeera, green chilli, after some time when the vegetable cooked you can add coconut, vegetable curry powder, and then tadka will be required take few drops of refined oil drop jeera, hing, curry leaves, green chilli.

Carrot halwa:carrot grated 650grams.first pour ghee then fry carrot grated nicely and then, keep it in a cooker add milk, milkmaid, sugar,, little water, then steamed for 4vessels then put off your gas after sometime opened the lid and check, your carrot properly cooked then take a kadai pour some ghee fry your dry nuts, grapes, keep it aside again take the cooked carrots, then transfer in, to kadai let them cooked and shrink nicely add your koya(grated) and let them cooked add your cardamon.

Rasam :first take imli paste, keep it aside. Then bowl your arahar dal, in to smashed firm, then boil your tomato remove skin from, the tomato then keep it aside both.

Then take kadai pour some ghee pour your boiled tomato green chilli, jeera then add your imli paste adding, water, add haldi, salt, rasam powder, let them cooked nicely. Then good aroma will appear then add your boulef smashed arahar dal, then, add your salt, decorate with coriander leaves.
