Make a broth by simmering the chicken wings, pork belly, meats, and ham bone, skimming off any foam as it forms.

After 30 minutes, add the carrots, pumpkin, and turnips, and continue skimming.

After 20 minutes, add the potatoes.

When everything is tender, set aside some of the broth for the soup.

Add the chorizo, blood sausage, and cooked chickpeas to the pot and boil everything together for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, add the noodles to the reserved broth and cook in a saucepan for 5 minutes until done.

Serve the noodle soup first, followed by the cocido.
