  • 1 SpoonSalt
  • 1 SpoonSugar
  • 2 SpoonOil for moin,Butter, Til, Dhaniya patta, kalaunji
  • 1/2 Spoon Baking Powder, 1/4 spoon Baking Soda, Curd K(Dahi),

    मैदा में नमक,चीनी, सोडा,बेकिंग पाउडर, बारीक कटा लहसून, तेल, दही इन सब को मिलाकर मुलायम डो तैयार कर लेंगे ।दो घंटे के लिए ढक कर रख देंगे ।अब इसमें से लोई लेकर ओवल शेप में बेल लीजिए।ऊपर से लहसुन बारीक कटा हुआ, तिल तथा धनिया पत्ती डालकर बेलन से बेल दें। दूसरी तरफ यानी नान के पिछले भाग पर पानी लगा दें । दूसरी तरफ जब लोहे का तवा गरम हो जाए तो

    पानी से भीगे भाग को तवा पर रख दें।5 मिनट बाद तवे को ऊलटा करके घुमा घुमा कर पूरे नान को आग से ऐसे सकें ताकि पानी से भीगा हुआ भाग तवे से चिपका रहे।जब नान पूरी तरह पक जय, फिर बटर लगा दें ।अब आपका नान सर्व करने के लिए तैयार है।
