Ingredients

  1. Lettuce
  2. Tofu (awara)
  3. Red pepper
  4. Onion
  5. Tomato
  6. Cucumber (peeled)
  7. Salad dressing (of choice)

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Dice tofu (awara) into cubes and fry then set aside,

  2. 2

    Wash and cut the lettuce into small pieces,

  3. 3

    Dice the red pepper, onion, cucumber and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    In a large bowl put all the ingredients including the tofu and mix together

  5. 5

    Then add the salad dressing and stir thoroughly. Enjoy!
