In a pan add 2 cups of water and add salt, oil, green chillies, ginger, cumin, ajwain, sesame seeds, chilli flakes, dill and coriander and bring it to boil. Turn the heat setting to low and add pawa flour to it mixing with a spatula continuously

Make sure there are no lumps. Turn the gas off and transfer in a greased dish.
Take lemon size ball and make a small disc and make a thumb print. Alternatively you can use a mould.
Sprinkle some achar masala in the indent and drizzle some olive oil. Enjoy instant khichi 😋 - 4
