Ingredients

  1. 1lettuce
  2. 4carrots
  3. 1cucumber
  4. 100 gramsspinich
  5. 1bell peper
  6. 1 cupcelery
  7. 200 gramstofu
  8. 25rasberries
  9. 5 tbspvinaigrette salad dressing
  10. 2 tbspolive oil
  11. 12cherry tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Chop vegetables and add to large bowl.

  2. 2

    Fry strips of tofu in a pan with some olive oil until both sides are golden.

  3. 3

    Remove tofu from pan and cut into bite size pieces.

  4. 4

    Mix vegetables in large bowl and serve. Top salad with tofu, raspberries and a fruity vinaigrette.
