Jalapeño Poppers in a Cob

Light 5 - 6 charcoal briquettes in the Cob

Cut the stalk end of the Peppers of and remove seeds and white parts.

Wrap the Peppers in Bacon
- 4
Fill Peppers with Cream Cheese, (or with Peanut Butter if so inclined)
- 5
Sprinkle grated Cheese over the filled Peppers
- 6
When charcoal has turned gray, place Peppers in the Cob and close the lid.
- 7
Once bacon is crispy the Poppers are ready to enjoy.
