Steps

Peel bottlegourd, grate and
squeeze it. - 2
Take grated bottlegourd in a mixing bowl.
Add wheat flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carrom seeds, salt and oil. Mix it well and knead stiff dough of it. If needed add very little water. - 3
Keep it for rest for 15 minutes.
Then make balls of dough and make big thepla by of one ball. - 4
Then cut thepla with the help of some bowl.
Roast mini theplas to golden color by spreading oil on tawa. - 5
Mini theplas are ready
