Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1/2lemon
  • 1/2-1 tablespoongrain mustard
  • 1/2-1 teaspoongarlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1boiled beet
  • 1mozzarella cheese
  • leavesfresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Put lemon juice, grain mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in olive oil. And marinate beetroot in olive oil mixture for 5 minutes.

    Cut the mozzarella cheese and arrange the beetroot and cheese alternately in a circle.
