The first time I tried this with 100g bacon which ended up being too little, so I have doubled the amount of bacon in the ingredients.

Salt Water and Set Pasta to boil for 10 minutes or still desired softness

Crack eggs in a bowl and add in cheese. Whisk eggs and cheese together

Cut Bacon into small strips

On Medium heat (6), melt butter in a frying pan. Add in peeled garlic cloves and bacon. Constantly stir for about 5 minutes

Remove garlic. Add in pasta into bacon using a pair of tongs, along the way scooping pasta water into the frying pan. Change to low heat.

Add in eggs and cheese whisk to frying pan and stir. Add pasta water until desired consistency. Season with pepper.
