Steps

Take a fish fillet wash properly then add salt and turmeric powder mix keep rest half an hour.

After half an hour take wok add mustard oil heat put fish fillet fry for both sides.

Take another wok add 2 tbsp oil heat add garlic saute then add onion paste saute till brown then add ginger paste saute add all spices and tomato paste mixed.

Then add boiled water for curry then add fish fillet simmer for five minutes then garnish coriander leaves.

Then enjoy fish curry with roti,rice.
