Ingredients

10 minutes
4 mini cakes
  • 1/2 cupgrated carrots
  • 2 tbspwheat flour
  • 1 tbspmilk powder
  • 1 tbsppowdered sugar
  • 2 tspghee
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 tbspalmond flakes

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients properly. Grease silicone moulds and keep ready.

    Fill silicone moulds with prepared mixture.

    Microwave it for 2 minutes. Remove and unmould it.

    Serve warm.
