Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & don't peel the plantain cut into two pieces

    Put in a hot water & allow it to boil until it gets soft, you'll discover that the bark starts to peel a bit with boiling.

  3. 3

    Peel & Serve with any stew of soup of your choice.
