Add all the dry ingredients together & sieve them I.e flour,salt,,baking powder,make sure all the ingredient are well combined.

In another bowl add butter and sugar mix till it becomes white

Add your egg mix together add your flavor and vinegar and mix.

Add your flour bit by bit non stop until your Batter is corporated with no lumps

Transfer your Batter into cup cakes pans and bake in an preheated oven for 20 min
