In winter dry fruits, nuts, ginger powder good for consuming as they keep our body warm and provide immunity also. The best way to make Ladoos by using the aforesaid ingredients. The taste is awesome and healthier too.

Dry roast both the black and white sesame seeds. It takes 3 minutes to splutter.

Heat ghee in a pan. Roast dry fruits, kismis,dry coconut and poppy seed. Keep sesame seeds and roast dry fruits, kismis and coconut powder and poppy seed and set aside.

To the ghee on the pan add the jaggery and 2 Tbsp water. Jaggery melted and when comes to one thread consistency, add both roasted sesame seeds and all dry fruits, kismis and coconut powder mixture. Mix well with jaggery. Add cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, carom seeds and ginger powder. Mix well.

Grease palm with ghee and make Ladoos, when the mixture is still warm. You can store them in an airtight containers for further use.
