Wash & cut the florets of cauliflower in mid size. Now boil ìt for 5 min. Now take besan & all dry spices, 1 teaspoon oil & fine grate garlic.

Now make a thick batter with the help of warm water. Now add some salt, chilli,haldi & garam masala on boiled florets of cauliflower.

Now one by one dip in batter& fry it in hot oil on mid flame. It fry till crisp & golden color.

It ready,serve with coriander chutney, & ketchup.
