Cooking Instructions

Boil the chicken that we will use. Boil it with 1 ts flavoring

While we waiting the boiled chicken, we must prepare the dry and wet flour
#Wetflour
1. take 150 gr flour
2. mix with 1/2 ts nutmeg powder, 1 ts pepper powder, 1 1/2 ts salt, 1 1/2 ts flavoring, 1ts turmeric powder
3. remix all and add 100 ml water - 3
Now we make the dry flour
1. take 250 gr flour
2. mix with 1 ts pepper powder, 1ts salt, 1 1/2 ts flavoring
3. remix all until everything was mix - 4
If the chicken has been boiled thoroughly, take it out

Heat the oil while will making the chicken flour. with medium fire
If all flour was ready, now take the chicken and put to the wet flour first and after that the dry flour. if you wanna have a thick flour, you must repeat this step for more than 1 time...
and repeat this step for the other chicken. if all chicken had been flour, now we fried the chicken... until it turns brown
