Steps

For making sauce.Heat oil in a pan

Add bay leaves,1-2,cardamom
- 3
Add onions and cashews.

Roast for few minutes. Remove from the flame.let it cool and grind.

In a pan, take oil add the above paste and cook

Add salt, black pepper powder,cream and water as per the required consistency.

Let the sauce simmer for few minutes. Keep it aside.

Now for koftas...take mashed potatoes and paneer and milk powder, salt. mix them.

For stuffing in koftas...take Chopped green chilli,cashews,ginger,green coriander leaves.add salt and red Chilli powder. Mix well

Take a ball of paneer mixture. Flatten it on your palm.add 1 tsp stuffing.cover it with mixture and making a ball by rolling between palm and fingers.

Deep fry all koftas

Arrange koftas in a plate.pour white gravy over koftas.

Sprinkle some cardamom powder.

Soft delicious malai koftas are ready to serve.
