Muthiya is a healthy n tasty snack. Goes best with tea. Used 3 different flours n goodness of leafy veggies enhance muthiya's taste.
Cooking Instructions

Wash n clean the leafy vegetables. N chop fenugreek leaves n spinach leaves n coriander leaves. Add all the powdered masalas n seeds.

Add ginger garlic green chilli paste. Add jaggery, lemon juice n oil.

Mix everything well. Add wheat flour, gram flour n Millett flour. Mix everything well. Add a pinch of baking soda.

Combine everything well n make a soft dough using water of vegetables. Take small portions n give a shape of fingers using palm n fingers.

Heat a steamer n add water in it. Grease the plate with oil first. Place all the muthiyas on the greeced plate. Place the steamer n Cover the lid. Let it cook on high fle for 5 minutes n then 10 minutes on low flame.

Then let it cool down for a while n remove all the mithiyas on plate. Cut them in bite size pieces.

Heat oil n add cumin, sesame, mustard seeds n curry leaves. Let them crackle together. Add all the muthiya pieces n toast well. Let the seeds properly coat the muthiyas. Add coriander leaves n sedve hot in serving plate.

You can serve with tomato ketchup or tamarind chutney or both.
