I love ginger miso pork chops and decided to use a similar sauce for steamed fish. Very simple and perfect for a light and healthy meal. Tastes delicious too!

Cherry tomatoes
Japanese garland chrysanthemum/Bok Choy
Sliced tofu
Shiitake mushrooms
Toman fish or any white fish
Miso Ginger sauce
25 mlmushroom dashi (from rehydrated shiitake)
1 tspmiso
1 tsptoasted sesame oil
1 tspminced ginger
2 tspChinese cooking wine
White pepper

Steps

Place veggies, cherry tomatoes, tofu and mushrooms, fish (in that order) on a large plate.

Mix all sauce ingredients well and pour over 1.

Steam for 10-12 mins. Done!
