I love ginger miso pork chops and decided to use a similar sauce for steamed fish. Very simple and perfect for a light and healthy meal. Tastes delicious too!

I love ginger miso pork chops and decided to use a similar sauce for steamed fish. Very simple and perfect for a light and healthy meal. Tastes delicious too!

Ingredients

  1. Cherry tomatoes
  2. Japanese garland chrysanthemum/Bok Choy
  3. Sliced tofu
  4. Shiitake mushrooms
  5. Toman fish or any white fish
  6. Miso Ginger sauce
  7. 25 mlmushroom dashi (from rehydrated shiitake)
  8. 1 tspmiso
  9. 1 tsptoasted sesame oil
  10. 1 tspminced ginger
  11. 2 tspChinese cooking wine
  12. White pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place veggies, cherry tomatoes, tofu and mushrooms, fish (in that order) on a large plate.

    Mix all sauce ingredients well and pour over 1.

  3. 3

    Steam for 10-12 mins. Done!
