Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Japanese garland chrysanthemum/Bok Choy
  • Sliced tofu
  • Shiitake mushrooms
  • Toman fish or any white fish
  • Miso Ginger sauce
  • 25 mlmushroom dashi (from rehydrated shiitake)
  • 1 tspmiso
  • 1 tsptoasted sesame oil
  • 1 tspminced ginger
  • 2 tspChinese cooking wine
  • White pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Place veggies, cherry tomatoes, tofu and mushrooms, fish (in that order) on a large plate.

  2. 2

    Mix all sauce ingredients well and pour over 1.

  3. 3

    Steam for 10-12 mins. Done!
