In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When crackles add garlic paste and saute for sometimes. Add cauliflower pieces, cubed potato and green peas.

Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix it. Cover with lid and allow to cook on low flame. Stir in between.

When veges tenders add Red chili powder and dhania jeera powder. Mix well. Cook for couple of minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve with roti or paratha.
