In a Kadai heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, red chili, green chilies, and let it get nutty brown.

Now add curry leaves and saute for a minute.

Then add cashew nuts, peanuts and saute until light golden brown.

Then switch off the flame and add turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and mix well. Then add cooked rice, toss and mix nicely.

Serve immediately with Papads.
