Knead wheat flour with the required water, salt, and 1/2 tsp oil.

Grate the radish and squeeze the water from it.

Now add ginger and all spices.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Now take 2 lemon-sized balls from the dough. Roll them in small circles.

Take a good amount of mooli stuffing and place it on one of the rolled doughs. Cover with other rolled circles. Care should be taken to roll the paratha as the paratha may break.

Roast the parantha from both sides with little ghee or butter.

Meanwhile, heat the Tawa. Place the paratha on it.

Serve Punjabi mooli parantha.
