Soft white bread slices, (2 per sandwich),
Fresh raspberries,
Few cubes white chocolate,
Smooth peanut butter,
Icing sugar for dusting,
Natural plain Greek yogurt to serve,
Unsalted butter for spreading,
Equipment needed:
1toastie maker

Spread butter onto the bread into the sides that'll be touching the toastie maker.

In a bowl add the raspberries, using the back of a fork mash them up a bit but leave chunky.

Put the raspberries, a couple cubes white choc and a dollop of peanut butter into the center of each sandwich. Seal the toastie maker and toast until they are golden.

Remove and leave to cool for a couple of minutes. Dust over icing sugar and serve with yogurt for dunking. Enjoy! :)
