Matar Paratha | Green Peas
Steps

First take whole wheat flour, teaspoon salt, and oil in a mixing bowl or pan.

Then add water and begin to knead. Add more water if required while kneading.
Knead to a soft and smooth dough. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.

First, take a kadhi add oil add cumin seeds curry add red chili powder coriander powder garam masala salt mix it well & add peas.

Complete cool in a blender takes peas.

Roll into a circle using a rolling pin and a rolling board.

Put stuffing in the center.
Pinch it to seal it tightly. - 7
Now gently press it using your fingers
and make around. - 8
Now again dip both sides into dry flour.
and gently roll.

Heat the Tawa on medium heat. Once hot, place rolled paratha on it. Cook other side for a few seconds and now apply some oil on top.
Now flip the paratha. If rolled properly, it will puff up.

Serve hot with curd.
