Ingredients

1 handfulwater spinach, Pick the Water spinach, about 1 inch long
1/2 tbspolive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 chilies, sliced
1/2 tbsp soy bean paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oysters sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
3-4 tbsps water

Steps

Preheat the wok with high heat, put olive oil. Add garlic and chilies. Stir fry until fragrant. And Water spinach seasoning with soy bean paste, oysters sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Add some water, stir fry until cook. Ready to serve.
