Cheese stuffed Paratha
Steps
- 1
In a large mixing bowl or plate, mix wheat flour, oil and salt. Add water little by little water as per required and knead to form smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for 20 mins.
- 2
Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing:-
In a bowl, take both cheese, coriander leaves, chilli, carrot, onion. Mix everything very well. I have used mixed cheese mixture. You can use either one of cheese instead of both. - 3
Now take a dough, kept aside and knead slightly. Make an equal small ball sized dough and roll it into a thick small disc. Place cheese stuffing in the center and press the edges together. Seal it tightly.
- 4
Now take a stuffed ball and dust some wheat flour on it and rolling board. Make thin parathas with the help of rolling pin.
- 5
Heat the Tawa. Put the paratha on the hot Tawa and roast over low to medium flame. Flip to the other side after few seconds or 1-2 mins.
- 6
Apply some ghee and toast both sides till you see brown spotting. Similar way make rest of all parathas.
- 7
Serve hot parathas with pickle or curd.
