Steps
- 1
Knead a smooth and a soft dough for the Parathas using water as required. Cover and keep aside for a few minutes.
- 2
In the meantime, heat Oil and add Cumin Seeds. Followed by the rest of the ingredients mentioned including the grated Radish. Saute everything until dry and free of moisture. Do this on a medium high heat keeping an eye on it and constantly mixing with a ladle. You can add thinly sliced Onions too if desired.
- 3
Add all the spices according to one's own taste. Let it cool down a bit before rolling down the Parathas. Place a big tablespoon of the filling in the centre of the rolled disc. Bring the edges together to form a ball. Again roll this over to a desired size. Roast on a preheated griddle or a tawa. Smear with homemade Ghee on both the sides for a yummy and delicious Mooli or Radish Parathas. Cook on a low heat until crisp and nicely done.
- 4
Serve with Curd and Pickle or any Raita of your family's choice. Enjoy!
