Ingredients

  • 3 cupMakhana
  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • as per rasteSalt

  1. 1

    Before heating up the pan, take butter, pepper and salt. Now heat up the pan. Keep it low flame otherwise butter will burn. Add Makhana quickly. Mix it well and continue to do so. Switch off the flame once makhana is crispy.
