Paneer, Spinach, and Peas Curry

Cut the paneer, spinach, and tomatoes.

Grind the onions and chilies. Grate the ginger. Chop the garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the paneer, then remove. Boil the peas.

In the same oil, add tomatoes and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the onion and green chili paste, ginger, and garlic, and sauté well. Mix in red chili powder, coriander powder, vegetable masala, and salt. Add spinach and cook for 5 minutes.

Mix in sugar, cream, and ghee. Add 1/4 cup milk and cook for a while. Add paneer and peas and mix well.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with roti or paratha.
