Steps

Cut potatoes as thin as possible, wash and drain all water

Heat oil in a frying pan add onion with red chilli, and salt, lightly brown them, then add spices cook for a minute

Add potatoes,mix well with spices, cook for 5 to 10 minutes with lid on, temperature should be medium to low stir occasionally so that it doesn’t stick on the bottom add mango pickle
- 4
When potatoes almost done take the lid off and cook further 2 /3 minutes, add green chilli slices for extra flavour
