In a pressure cooker add washed daal, water and cook till 8-10 whistle.
Once it's cool down strain excess water it, in Stranier add jaggery and massed n mix.don't over cook otherwise it's won't spread evenly
in a pan heat 1 spoon ghee roast chana & jaggery mix.
Once it's look like dough turn of d flame add cardamom powder.keep it side.
In flour mix oil and turmeric add water little by little..prepare soft dough and. cover for 10 min.
take small lemon size of dough and make loyi, - 2
, flat it n stuff jaggery mix and cover it properly.
flatten with the help of hand. now roll with help with rolling pin with gentle hand.
heat tawa and put puran poli..Cook for 2 min turn and add ghee again cook for 1 min#ws4
