Virgin Kiwi Mojito

Cuba is the birth place of the mojito.They are easy to make, refreshing and can be made with a different variety of fruits. Mojitos from the classic to the fruity variations are a favourite summer drink.This kiwi mojito can also be prepared as a mocktail or non-alcoholic drink by omitting the rum.
Here is my mocktail version of Kiwi Mojito made with kiwi, lime juice, mint leaves, sugar syrup and ice.

Here is my mocktail version of Kiwi Mojito made with kiwi, lime juice, mint leaves, sugar syrup and ice.
Steps

Blend 2 peeled kiwis with little ice cubes into a smooth puree.

Slice 2 lemons and divide the slices into 4 individual tall glasses. Place a handful of fresh mint sprigs in each glass and muddle them.

Divide the puree equally into the glasses and squeeze 1 lemon into each glass. Mix the ingredients.

Add 40 ml sugar syrup in each glass and mix well. Add some more mint sprigs and ice cubes. Top it up with soda and mix well. Serve chilled.
