Veg Vermicelli Upma

Take a pan and add 2tsp oil and add vermicelli and saute for 5 min. Keep aside. Add 1tbs oil in same pan and add 1tbs peanuts and saute for few minutes then add 1tsp mustard seeds, 1tsp urad dal, 1tsp chana dal and 1tsp jeera. Fry till dals turn golden colour. Add sliced onions and green chillies.

Saute till onions are soft then add tomatoes and saute for few minutes then add chopped vegetables. Add water and cook till veggies are soft. Add 4 cups water and cover and cook till vermicelli is cooked and all water is absorbed.
