  • Sorrel Leaves 500g
  • 1 tbsFoster Clark Pineapple Flavour
  • 2-3 CupsDate Syrup
  • 200 gPineapple Peel
  • Cloves1tsp
  • Unpeeled Ginger (grated)3/4Cup
  • Water4.5litres

Steps

15mins
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to a bug pot,except date syrup

  2. 2

    Bring to boil 15mins,once it boils,turn off heat,let it steep 15mins

  3. 3

    Stir, sieve,add date syrup, stir

  4. 4

    Refrigerate and enjoy
